Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal information held by A Funeral Star through our website or internal marketing tools, including information obtained through our Meta developer app.
- Email contact@afuneralstar.com with the subject AFS data deletion request.
- Tell us which email address, Facebook or Instagram account, Page or other account the request concerns, and what information you would like removed. Include only the details needed to locate the records. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment information.
- We will review the request, ask for limited verification if needed, and respond with the outcome or explain any retention requirements or limitations.
We will delete personal information within our control that is no longer needed, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons. Reports that do not identify you may be retained.
Disconnecting the Meta app
If you are an authorized operator who connected an account to our app, you can revoke its access in your Meta account’s app or business integration settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access through that connection; email us as well to request deletion of previously stored information.
Newsletters and other services
To stop newsletters, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. You can also email us to request removal of your mailing-list information.
A request to AFS does not delete your Meta account, original posts or records held independently by YouTube, Fourthwall or another service. Contact the relevant provider for information it controls.
